My current calculations show a NAV estimated value of "ZERO".

We sold our equity in the Berlin project.
We haven't closed any other acquisitions since SEC issue.
We are currently stuck on the illiquid gray market indefinetly.

The few dollars LLEG made during all of this "smoke,puffery, mirrors"..will most likely dissipate with ensuing SEC legal costs..management salaries etc...the longer the SEC fiasco goes on, the less $ there will be left for much else.
