Sorry I misplaced my invitation to the conversation this morning also. I think CEO Gene Newton et al are being very smart waiting for the SEC decision and a legal foundation to be laid down before announcing financials. Sorry, I do not have a link to illegal Naked Short Selling activity but think that anyone in that (nonexistent – Right!) situation must be extremely stressed right now. All the ENSSFM suffer from the same lack of information that the LONGS do. RCCH does not appear to be going bankrupt. Future Loss potential for the current (long term holding) LONGs is minimal at .0001 pps. Future Loss potential for the current (long term NSS if any exist of course. lol) is jaw dropping huge at .0001 pps. All DD points to RCCH releasing financials when appropriate legal battles begin. I have posted before that the legal issues have to be resolved before the business issues. Careful of what you wish for, it may come true. IF I was heavily short RCCH I would be pounding away at the message boards also. Wouldn't want any new naive investors putting their hard earned money into a stock in which I held an overweight short position. Right?!! All jmo.

Tigerfan, I cannot be the light or the source of enlightenment that you ask for. I am willing (forced by circumstances?) to be patient and see how all the non-events are going to play out. Very Large sums of money are at play in the RCCH situation. Time, Effort and Money on both sides of this investment expended to show “us” their respective view of “the light.” This “dead” stock sure seems to attract a disproportionate amount of interest. We now have 283 Ihub members following a cellar boxed stock. What is up with that? Like you I still hold ringside tickets for this show. I believe the SEC action will bring the RCCH situation to a tipping point and we will finally see how it plays out.

Earnest did your invitation get lost in the mail also? I am going to have to speak with Wyatt and Jim about that...... Is it time to break out the “everything going well” T-shirts?
