NXHD >> Nexia through its majority owned subsidiary Green Endeavors, Inc. (GRNE) owns and operates two Aveda Lifestyle Salons that operate under the trade name Landis Lifestyle Salons. Our plans are to expand nationwide over the long term. We have plans to open an additional 4 salons in the state of Utah. Our flagship salon generated over $2M in gross revenues in 2010 and is profitable on a stand alond basis. Our second location is on track to generate over $1.5M in gross annual revenues by the third year of operation.

Nexia's majority owned (90%) subsidiary Green Endeavors Inc. (GRNE) currently owns 100% of Landis Salons, Inc. and Landis Salons II, Inc. ("Landis"). Landis operates two Aveda(TM) Lifestyle salons that feature Aveda(TM) products for retail sale , the second salon opened in September 2010. Aveda(TM) is owned by Estee Lauder.
