Thank you...I wish you guys all the best but even at a loss it is better for me to get out now...this stock will go nowhere once it is flooded with 6 billion shares.

And 30 cents a share - if we ever get to a market cap of 1.8 billion you will be the investor of the century...

As I see it, this will dilute all of your current holdings...at best, you'll all hope to get back to where we once were at .0028 - .0040.

For me, this was the final nail in the coffin...even with the merger this company will struggle under the weight of this many shares...it is very rare for a company with no profit and large piles of debt to come out shining.

3B was manageable for me as share buybacks and even a healthy profit margin would allow them to slowly move forward. This is similar to a bad gambler doubling down when it isn't his night. Or in TADF's case, their entire company existence.
