Who is the most advantageous for trading, maybe cost, timely trades, etc........and I remember you telling me about the L2 for accuracy?

So far with me it is the cost of transferring shares from posted dividends to trade. I know there are other ways to get them posted to the account....but you mostly have to do that yourself. Which is not hard.
