Baloney. Stanley did zero vetting. They got a bid. It was the lowest, they took it.

John Butler didn't even know what Expo Holdings was when I talked to him. It is completely fabricated that Stanley did any vetting at all of Expo Holdings. 100% fabrication. A lie if you will.
