T4M - because ARME cannot sell its stakes in either NAUC or RBSY, I'm guessing the market is valuing it more on the basis of revenues and earnings then on the value of it's ownership in NAUC and RBSY. On that basis, ARME has zero earnings. maybe that's why it doesn't go right to the "book value" you calculated?
