AND

because there will be no disclosure,

this whole thing can be one giant smokescreen in blacks attempt to manipulate the PPS though an orchestrated pump where he can then dump his shares prior the "expected" counter offer date 30 days out from the latest PR.

who knows - if black had just gone through with a disclosure, all would have been known.... but that's not the way the cards are unfolding here.
