I am in and can't get out even if I wanted too.

I am writting this baby off as I never been in a stock that you can't sell till it hit trip 000. I hope they come out a winner but one would think they could assertain the status of the litigation. I don't know what Chuck knows all I know is it don't look good for the home team here.

When can Scottrade let you buy or sell?

What if great news came and I wanted to buy a few million shares I will not be able to do it? This restriction situation has got to be resolved as it's not right for some to have access to buy and sales and others have to just watch.
