BIO, as usual great point and DD, now I feel much more comfortable
I was not too happy to see them sell shares right before announcing and starting production
it might have been not good
but you brought this point and makes 100 percent sense
they had no choice but to pay and either dilute the SS or sell from their own shares
this was the best way to pay the owed balance
