Advanced ID's Sheep Tag Delivers Strong Performance in Australia


CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 25, 2005--
Advanced ID Corporation (OTCBB:AIDO), a complete
solutions provider in the radio frequency identification (RFID) and
traceability market for the animal industry, delivered results from
its field trials in Australia which have exhibited a clear advantage
over other identification technology.

Advanced ID's DataTRAC(TM) 4000 Series tags and readers,
specifically designed for the sheep industry, were deployed in a
series of field tests beginning in late 2004 with one of the largest
sheep processors in the country.

With up to several thousand sheep processed daily, the unique
ability of Advanced ID's technology to read multiple tags, at
significantly longer read ranges, and in environments which render
some other forms of RFID technology virtually inoperable, has resulted
in processing efficiencies not achieved with any other technology.

The Australian sheep industry has indicated their intent to adopt
an identification and trace back management system to ensure the
industry is protected from biosecurity issues, delivers substantial
improvements in animal husbandry, and maximizes the genetic pool of
the national flock.
