I don't disagree with you about what was put out as what should be completed. My worry lies in the nature of what may happen. The expectation was set that "something" would happen this month. My worry is the "something", in this case repairs are complete and inspections happening or will happen. What worries me, and always has, is that an expectation has been set. Just like in January the machinery was order and with an expected delivery date six weeks later. Six weeks later....nothing.

Expectations cause confusion and doubt when not achieved. Why not Under Promise/Over Delivery? Why not say July for repairs and inspections or for that matter August? Then when everything is approved in the beginning of July a positive P/R about the repairs/inspection is released.

This hasn't swayed my investment stategy with PCFG, it just seems that they could manage the information flow in more positive and realistic manner.
