RCC/IWS to Build 500,000 GPD Plant
Florida April 20, 2011 – RCC Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RCCH) announced today that the Company's subsidiary, IWS Water Systems, Inc. has signed a letter of intent to build a 500,000-gallon per day plants using IWS technology. Including a smaller temporary plant. The estimated cost of this project is between $4.3 and $5.0 million. The company's customer will manage the construction and operation of the plants using IWS technology and other required subcontractors.
Substantial contingencies remain in the project, including financing and execution of a final agreement. Plans and specifications for the plants have been approved by governmental agencies and a permit has been issued.
