No such thing as a sure thing in pennyland, but what makes these levels so tempting is that, coming from .23, there should be a nice dead cat bounce regardless of who's selling or how much they've got to sell.

I'm dreaming of filling that gap in the .05s.... I'll bring in a shipping container for that.
