I wouldn't say it's hard to imagine. Just read this latest article. This is from the center for defense studies. If this were true and if the reformer would aid in fuel performance, then I would expect the u.s. to show some interest.

I don't think subs are the future for this company and I don't think news of that source now to move this stock in any direction.

The absolute truth that is undebatable is if the tests are positive and financing is arranged this stock will move up. How much is the question.
