CVSL is a stage 4 B reverse merger

The name change becomes official tomorrow and we expect a PR tomorrow or Tuesday. There has been no PR about the reverse merger but it is obvious from the filings. The company changed their mind about a rs and issued more shares instead. The float is about 70 mill but this trades like it is less.
