the only signals i see are as follows. they have a lot of development in many areas.they have the need for finance to get them done. they need toby for tracking and maintaining timing of projects which is tobys strength.so this 8k is more fine tuning definition of roles for an international company. i agree that there should be some massive movement as to projects and developing news on their part and very soon. if this was anything more than positive steps we would have seen someone out the door
