I agree to a point, but look at where these rumors seem to be coming from, Joe Canouse! If I HAD to pick a side here, I would err on the side of the CEO who did not dilute a single share of QASP stock whilst in control, yet still managed to keep the company afloat and for that matter brought what looks to be a profitable merger to the table (of which he was ousted for the next day so put it in another shell), rather than the self proclaimed debt purchaser whose a;ready stated he will dilute another company to at least double its current O/S and has little success with his other public companies (T*SI for example).

IMO there is a smear campaign going on here an whether you like Jeff or not, I believe he has created such an issue for the crooks on the other side they are trying there damndest to discredit him in any way possible.
