Q.2: Did anyone in the company or any persons contracted with the company have any fore knowledge that there could be DTCC issues should the company perform a "new issue" ?

Q.3: This "Oakbridge Management Co.", Word is it incorporated/LLC'd just prior to iFinix taking a controlling interest, When and how did iFinix become aware of this company and what made the board decide this was the best "gold" investment for shareholders??

Q.4: Where did the $39,828 in "Non-Operating Income" come from?
