I believe that if you do not wish to share the emails with ihub, you should not be sharing your interpretation of them.

You are stating facts, that are not quite facts.

You were upset, not because of something Jeff said, but because of things you got from other sources. You were upset when you sent the emails, and when you received them, and couldn't divorce your feelings from the interpretation. IMO

I am not saying you don't have the right to be upset. People have been doing some very harmful things here. But, I do believe you should wait for the full story before calling names and deciding upon guilt.

If you look at the history of QASP, especially recently, the FACTS are that Joe and Josh raised the A/S and the O/S. Refused the merger with a profitable company, took the man who tried to get the merger for the shareholders benefit (there is no other asset in QASP to raise the S/P) to court, so that he would be hurt professionally and personally.

NHSH was not meant for Centa, so the financing for NHSH had nothing to do with centa, originally. QASP was meant for Centa, in Jeff's eyes, and he did everything he could to keep from raising the O/S. If he didn't care about dilution of Centa and QASP shareholders, why fight in court? That's not logical.

Now, he is under attack, not only by known enemies, but the very shareholders he has gone through all this for, because everyone is in pain, it is easy to listen to negative thoughts and words, and Joe and his minions know this. And, IMO, Joe really wants to hurt Jeff, simply because he is still standing in the way, and the businessmen that Joe dreams of being able to work with and have as partners, shun him, and have the audacity to befriend Jeff.

Look at James Owens, and what he has built. Dr. England's reputation, (yes, I know what you wrote Jeff about him, I disagree) Mike Kendrick and who and what he is and who he associates with. And, think of how they think of Jeff, and reconcile that with what you've been saying about him. There's a big disconnect there, I truly believe that you should observe a bit more before you continue to dig yourself a place where you don't want to be.

I know something clicked for you, that made you extremely angry. Wait for your anger to quit clouding your mind, and then reread everything. Perhaps let someone you trust read it, before they hear how angry you are, and get their viewpoint. Maybe even let them read it anonymously, blind testing. :<)

Yes, I still mean to fulfill my pledge to Jeff, and hope others do too. I've seen nothing to believe he did anything but trust the wrong person, and in that, it had nothing to do with Centacom, at that point in time.
