Well I'm definately confused now! lol

Shareholder vote... for Health Sciences Group - -Florida, it states in the first document, articles of incorporation, 02/09/09 that it is a board decision to ammend anything in the A.O.I, even a vote by shareholder rights (page 5)..... however, in that document (02/09/09) it states the A/S is 1,000,000,000.... which, I believe at that time, was too low.

OTC states that A/S: 5,000,000,000 , O/S: 2,200,000,000 as of March 2009..... when did the increase happen? It had to of happened somehow because 01/30/09 HESG stated it was in negotiations to acquire part of Modus and then on 11/18/09, Pr'ed about retiring 2 billion shares, 1.5 billion of which was for Modus.

Florida Doc's state an increase on 02/03/2010 (of which with the doc initially missing a page, it is unsure wether or not it ever got increased) to 20,000,000,000 from the previous document stating A/S of 1,000,000,000

Florida states it as currently inactive.... but we have the revival of IGOHEALTHY magazine on igohealthy.com which has been mentioned numerous times throughout HESG hisory in SEC documents.... but the website is showing for sale.

.... we can link it to the Florida corp. even though the addresses and phone numbers are different, T. Gaffney and email are the same.

The question is, is HESG still in Delaware with an undisclosed S/S or in Florida?

Was Tom attempting to R/M HESG Delaware into HESG Florida? Is that even possible? I realize historically something similar was done to bring HESG from Colorado to Delaware through a merger with HSG Merger and then a name change back to HESG.

Am I correct in saying HESG still a working subsidary in Bioselect Innovations
