i think he could at minimum explain the scope of the software deal. i may have overlooked earlier pr's, but is the software deal even gambling related? the only thing i know now is there was a couple pr's about "software----$1 mil/month potential and govt. official went on tv for 2 hrs discussing need for software? i can't locate any local DR news mentioning anything about a "software need" recently, and if a govt. official took (2) hrs of tv time, i can't imagine roberto or swank could not clue us in a little more about the project. we are talking about a pretty big deal here, and again, a govt official supposedly on 2 hr tv interview is not "stealth". anyway, i'll review past pr's to try and find software specifics..
