I took a look back at what has happened here over the last little while and came up with a bit of an optimistic analysis... Obviously SAVW needs desperately to raise capital in order to stock inventory and fill orders, staff their facility etc etc... Remember a while back when we had a paid promotion happening? Then back to back PR's? I think they knew the capital was going to be needed and that was an attempt to boost the stock prior to them selling all of these shares, presumably because they also would need to sell far less to generate the capital required. However, they weren't able to get the pop they needed and still had to sell the shares to keep things rolling... since the PPS didn't get to the level they intended, their selling diluted like crazy in order to raise required funds... since it has made the stock take such a sh*t kicking I believe they filed the Form D to source from an alternative source the necessary capital to start accepting contracts... it could be that the million they need is to fund some sort of lucrative contract and rather than take blood sucking financing deals, file the Form D and let some private investors do their thing.... That is my optimistic swing at the situation, hoping it is the leadup to a big announcement that makes us regain our lost ground and much more.... GO SAVW
