So we go from all the above discussion about supplier and right into now they are a shareholder without any proof?

Lets just clarify a point, Honeywell is now a JBI shareholder, they can provide Honeywell parts in two weeks now instead of the eight weeks it used to take before they got on board with JBI (mostly sensors I believe but I really don't know).
