The light comes on when the element heats up, so it is important that it comes on. Also the draw feels much better, as there is a warmth and that warmth is obviously needed to activate or release the nicotine as I get a much different feel when it does heat up and the LED comes on.

Hiding the flaw rather than improving the seal and/or air flow would be a horrible idea, which would backfire and ruin the company.

They'll get this all worked out in due time, it is still a first release, infant of a product that they are just now getting real life user acceptance testing on.

If all these reviews are viewed as bad news, I am not sure what kind of an investor you are. As these intial reviews I expect will lead to alterations and improvements to what is obviously a product generating some real buzz.

My unit failed smoker user acceptance testing at this initial stage, but did enough in my opinion that warrented me increasing my position. This product is for real or dare I say RE/AL, and one thing I failed to mention...

The entire second portion of my test phase was done at my cubicle at work. You can't test a real cigarette at your cubicle at work!
