Guys, I think I might have just figured this thing out, each one of us will puff, draw, or drag at different rates. Some drag less hard and others drag harder. The blue light will not stay on for the hole drag, reason why, the device has a heating sensor (maybe) and once the heating coil reaches the proper temp, the sensor shuts the HC down to keep it from over heating.
Take one puff and the light comes on, and in less than a second or two take another puff and it wont come on, because the coil is still hot enough to activate the nicotine. ( it's a safety feature)!!!
The light does not have to come on with every puff within a second or two, once the coil cools down (around about 30 seconds or so), take a puff and the blue light comes back on, (only to reach a certain temp and the sensor turns the HC off again....)
Now to prove my point, Take a draw to get the blue light on, you will only have a blue light for about 2 seconds no matter how much or how hard you draw or how long ya draw, now take another draw the light does not come on..... The coil is still hot!!!!!
Ya want to get a head rush, I don't support this ( it's only for me. LOL). Make sure your battery is charged and put a new filter on the thang, take your first puff and the Blue light comes on, now to get the ultimate from the thang, blow into the filter while it is attached to the thang, make sure when you blow thru it you see the blue light again, That cools down the coil and reactivates the coil. You are pushing the nic closer to the HC, now take a puff!!!!!!!!!!!! Yee Haa
Also so read section (C) in the instructions under (USAGE) section.
It's not a flaw in the product, It's us dumb smokers still wanting our fingers burnt, houses burnt down, the nasty smell of reg tobacco cigs, yellow fingers, burnt seats in our vehicles, messed up lungs, smoke around children, ETC,ETC,ETC.
I think that maybe we and the instructions in section (c) of the (USAGE) needs to be ammended.
I'm glad I bought 270 filters, I'm out now doing my experiments, Just kidding, I've only used 600, LOL. I must have a head rush!
