They've been negotiating a long time and the resulting offer price is $.01 per share? With reported earnings of $.01 per share the offer should be north of $.10. Unless of course the reported earnings are bogus. Thought we would get that cleared up but now the long awaited disclosure isn't coming. Wonder why not? GLTA
