so we really won't know if QPSA will be added to the russell until after close since it is not for sure that they will be added?? if they are added i am told to expect a volume spike close to the closing, does this mean the fund managers will know before close? just trying to get things straight. also, if they do get added and there is a big volume spike i would imagine some decent price movement considering the float, correct?? thanks!
