Current market isn't helping (lol) but I see no fundamental reason this shouldn't be trading at least $3.50 given cash for WC development. Tunisia/Libya on hold and unless they plan on pursuing an acquisition I see no need for further share placements. WC plus cash easily exceeds market cap so IMO shares are heavily discounted. Key will be horizontal drilling results and continuing to increase oil production % of boepd.
