Not to be pickey, but it's 1M shares not
1M dollars.

For the 7 month contract it works out
to about 140K shares a month dilution.
But like the kids talk about ATMs, Daddy
can go get money anytime he wants.

They were hired about 3 weeks ago and the
only activity they brought to the table is
them selling.
UE could have at least hired a part time
pumper for this board.

And I wholeheartedly agree a buyback would
have been more effective than seeing RFNN
on Kevin's website.

As I stated before, this may have just been
a transaction between 2 friends (with our money).
