Couple of points:

Confirm Parent at the mining conference.... This is where they gained expertise on processing REE.... ie contacts on people who have some operational hardware and the desire to separate the REE.

Companies ship scrap metal and other materials all around the world to be processed via ships. What you need is a steady supply of material to ship (we do), a supplier to ship to (this is what IMO they have been working on) and the means to do it (pick a shipping company).

SNEY is putting the pieces together ......

The two trickiest parts to trading stocks is the entry and exit. Often the impatient exit too early (been guilty of this. block buster dq got out in the .10 and it ran to like .20s.......
