MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) subsidiary Lamisteel LLC announced that has designed a new earthquake resistant building system for single family and multi-family residences and small to medium commercial buildings. The proprietary factory built system features a structural steel tube frame and welded panelized wall, floor and roof trusses that are assembled together on high-density foam skid plates mounted on top of a base isolated steel frame with piers. Preliminary testing of a Lamisteel 14 foot by 24 foot building module has shown to have no ill-effects after being placed on a shaker-table for 3 minutes simulating an 8.0 earthquake.
