MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) announced that the corporation has formed a new subsidiary named “All Things Green, LLC” to support the upcoming $200M in construction projects over the next 5 years that will begin in mid-2012 and early 2013 after all master planning and design phases have been completed and approved. MC Endeavors CEO Tim Algier emphasized that, “The new subsidiary will include our “Smart-Brands” of Generators, Solar-Collectors, Wind-Gen Systems, Power-Chill Systems, Safety-Aids, and Plasma Digestion Systems. These products will be integrated to work together in each commercial or residential building project and will be designed and produced from one profit center in order to simplify operations.”

Mid 2012 is also when MSMY expects to have a factory built in Japan.
