No real high volume selling...think about it...if you wanted to buy at a really low cost...what would be a good strategy to elicit fear amongst weak hands and get shares at a low cost?

Person A takes a few hundred shares and sells them at a low price...this way it appears that the pps is going down! (as per last trade) Fear takes over in the minds of weak hands...and they decide to dump their lot of shares....that's where the person A swoops in to buy thousands of additional shares at a lower price...so really at this low volume, pps is not a fair assessment of what's happening...it's just some people manipulating the market
