This is most certainly for the Auctus deal, where they have an equity financing deal to a draw-down loan. This isn't a surprise if one read the DEPA & RPA they made. We knew this was coming but the money obtained by this deal will be used for the opening of dealerships & franchises. Mr. Dezer confirmed his Miami dealership to be opened soon. Don't panic by the number of shares because they will be spread over a two a three year period and the higher the SP goes the less shares they have to issue, and no one says that all the shares will be needed for that.
