Yep, signing up for email notification is a good idea. You get a daily stock report, (just one at EOD). The really neat thing is you get the PR in your email the same time it's released. A couple times I've noticed it pop up in my email and had to wait a few minutes for it to start showing up in all the usual places. Then it's a mad rush to be the first to post it to this board.
