Gil's ALWAYS working on someone else's "dime"... (or, at least working on grabbing hold of it)... he NEVER pays for anything using his own money... so it is no surprise he would not pay the cash for proper corporate auditing & filing... and apparently continues to do the same by apparently "compensating" Jerseyboy with the promise of shares in a company that will probably never tade - IMO


Awarded the Air Medal from General Petraeus for "having distinguished himself by meritorious achievement while participating in aerial flight."
