you are right .. I posted that here ... .I think it was an Atlantic journal man.. who showed us in the constitution where it was and what it said .. It stated the things that could and must be paid and that it was absolutely for sure we could not default on our foreign debt & some domestic debt owed some citizens(not too sure about the foreign? ) and it's in the constitution ...they won't do it ..... but as YOU say, They could.
