I think we have all been mislead. This is the same old mess. Dr. England....LOL Just another part of the money stealing actions that should be known as the EQUIS, QUASAR, CENTA plan.

Like I've said many times. If we would have listened to you a long time ago. We wouldn't be waiting for an exchange or investing in the new scheme either. I fell for the new scheme again. It's my fault. But, I do always appreciate the fact that you have been steadfast and correct in you assertion that this is a scam, plain and simple.
