ETLS is a shell company with zero assets and zero cashflow. Its only asset is its public listing. At some point in the future hopefully a company will decide to make a tender offer for the shares of ETLS. That is the play!!! To mislead other members into thinking this company is anything else than an empty shell is not fair.
