I could tend to agree with you on that ..."something" in a previous filing they audited was not quite as squeeky clean as it should be...and was allowed to slide on by?

We do know that ACLY had something that didn't pass muster way back when they completed the deal! That's when they stopped reporting, went silent, got knocked back to pink.

Hope they get it corrected and cleaned up!
