Rebel Networks, the wholly owned operating subsidiary of American Diversified Holdings Corporation (Pink Sheets:ADHC) announced today it has entered into a product development partnership with OnApp Software. Rebel Networks will offer cloud hosting infrastructure as a service to web hosting providers, as well as end user customers. Rebel Networks customized Cloud services (both private and public) includes servers, SAN storage and bandwidth, plus OnApp's cloud management software, for a monthly fee. It offers web hosts a simple and affordable way to launch their own cloud hosting products without the capital investment and running costs associated with building their own cloud infrastructure.
