It could be a PR, or the DRMS will post the info on it's website. I usually find out from someone posting it, since the DRMS tends to enter this stuff in the database about 5 minutes after I check it anyway!

Always hard to tell what will happen. Some want a PR, no matter what. Kind of like seeing a wedding, but not believing it until the announcement comes out in the paper.
