These are two facts I find most disconcerting...fundamentally speaking:

1. When I spoke to Gibraltan after the May 13th PR regarding updated financials, the gentleman with the western accent assured me that the financials being referred to were NOT the ones released on May 10th, and that it would take "a few days" for the fins for the period ending March 31st to be released. At present, the company is now several months delinquent on fins.

2. The website and related customer service phone number are not fully functional, and yet there are already customer testimonials on the website implying these folks have received phones and service packages already.

There are other points that I will keep to myself, but would like to respectfully initiate discussion regarding these 2 points made above.
