I did have some degree of optimism concerning the development of the AC units. But, good ole fred rogers in his shareholder letter points out that the company is "still trying to raise capital to manufacture the prototype". And in the same letter he states that within 24 months, they will have to pay 5.5 million in CASH for the acqusition of sutimco. Along with of course much stock. It's become clear to me at least that the new "diversified" company is really just a company that has lost focus on the one real product that could have been huge. Look, they could have increased the AS and said all proceeds will go to the production of AC units. That would have been encouraging. No, it is clear to me at least that no money is really going to be pointed in the direction of building the AC, but instead to pay for sutimco. That money could have done a lot toward production of something "real". Just my opinion.
