If you have been keeping up with the previous discussion between Mr.Brooks an I, I had asked about Preferred shares and whether or not I could purchase them.

Ron,

Being frank, as much as I would love to see the company flourish. We need to see actual progress from last year. As it stands we don't know what is going on in Kentucky and the rest of the deals, from what research/dd has shown - were passed up (which is fine, if they are not worth it, why put lipstick on a pig?)

Regardless, I've got a little over $2,200 in on my current holding of common stock and until we see some progress, I will hold off on buying preferred.

James if you want to buy 1 million shares of preferred we would need your Name as How you want them titled address as to where we would send them. You would wire the funds into Standard Oil Company account direct.

How many shares were you interested in? We have a total of 20 million that we are selling .
