I think it make sense the pps might of gone up to .04 today. The PR stating that the Bieber team agreed to have him as spokes person for this product is what caused the PPS to go from sub penny to six cents. Not the product.
So when he 'actually' starts promoting it it will cause many doubtful investors to jump in. If I was shorting this I'd be terrified that he might mention this tomorrow and therefore confirm he is really going to promote this (other then just a cheap tweet or face book mention). So, I would of covered today fearing he might confirm his endorsement on TV. And, we have already talked about the need for this product to need promoting 'before' the launch as many will have questions how the technology works, need to see demonstrations of all it can do. Apple starts to promote their products months before release. New technology is hard for people to grasp and accept sometimes.
I think it makes good sense to promote this before release and that shorts would want to cover today, and that others might want to jump in in case he does mention it. Good times to be invested here!
