Oh man, laser pointer! haha. This reminds me, I bought a laser pointer from a guy in a bar once. This thing was no joke. I can shine it for like 2 miles. If I point it down the block I actually see it hit a building blocks away. If you shine it into the sky you see it go into infinity (you can see the beam). I guess you could say it was a mini light saber :).

Anyway, I agree fully. Many things could be done here. Let's make the REAL an ipod shuffle while we're at it!

Ok, seriously though. The PDF of instructions is a good idea. Plus other tweaks you could make with the internal workings of the zig via an app. Could be very smart. It could display charge status and everything. It could also (assuming sales remain mostly online for a while) that you could automatically schedule shipments of new filters and the app could display the progress of the shipment. Small stuff, ya know?
