We need news to explain the increase in A/S... If you look at TYTN, they did the exact same thing and that is about as solid of a company you will find in penny stocks. Every company had a reasoning for doing things. We could speculate positive and negative all day but for all you know the company did it for great reasons. Does any one know if the 5 billion are restricted?
