With all due respect..........time is time...and I only see that with you and budfox.....the anger of course...

Why do you think their is a growing anger ?

I think with this big of deal there is and will be glitches that will hold up public disclosure. As you can see by SEC statements there have been correspondences between ACLY and SEC to get things correct to disclose. Now we don't know what the implications are between the parties that would prevent any hold up.....do we!

I am pretty sure that things are moving forward.......just me...! And in the paper end of things it will come out very soon. Soon, I can wait for...not impatient here and in no way do I think we are being strung along.

Not like the simple pinky stuff of PR after PR and the company sells into the PR sterioids......!

This is a big deal...can't you tell with the trading in these two companies that is not really trading on the hype or PR stuff.

Anyways, just my opinion.
